Rhaveen Kildare, Future Doctor, Crowned Miss Clarendon Festival Queen 2025


In a dazzling celebration of elegance, intellect, and cultural pride, 22-year-old medical student Rhaveen Kildare was crowned Miss Clarendon Festival Queen 2025 on Saturday, June 14, at the Glenmuir High School Auditorium. The event formed part of the annual Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Parish Coronations hosted by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC).

Sponsored by George Clue and Associates, Kildare captivated both the judges and audience with her confidence, cultural awareness, and commitment to community service. A clear crowd favourite, she earned two sectional awards: Most Active in the Community and Most Culturally Aware, solidifying her place as a well-rounded and impactful young leader.

Joining her on the winners’ podium were Zantaye Thomas, sponsored by Mack Chem Trading and Distribution Limited, who was named first runner-up and received the Most Poised award, and Joan McKenzie, sponsored by Worldnet Microfinance Limited, who placed second runner-up and walked away with accolades for Best Performance and Most Popular on Social Media. Their achievements reflected the remarkable talent and passion displayed throughout the evening.

Kildare will now move on to represent Clarendon at the National Coronation of the Miss Jamaica Festival Queen Competition, set for August 2 at the Jamaica 63 Independence Village, located at the National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston. There, she will compete against other parish queens who all exemplify the values of leadership, cultural appreciation, and a deep commitment to community service.
