KINGSTON, May 9, 2025 – The stage of the Little Theatre erupted in colour, energy, and artistry as Day 5 of the JCDC Music National Finals came to a thrilling close.

In a remarkable display of talent, discipline, and determination, David Nicholson of Clan Carthy Primary School in Kingston made a commanding impression at the National Speech Finals of the Jamaica Festival of the Performing Arts on May 2 at the Little Theatre.

The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC), an agency of the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, ushered in Child Month in spectacular fashion with a vibrant display of youth talent on Day 2 of the National Speech Finals, held on May 1 at the Little Theatre in Kingston.<

Day 2 of the National Music Finals of the Jamaica Festival of the Performing Arts ended on a high note on Tuesday, April 29, as performers as young as three lit up the Little Theatre stage in St. Andrew with extraordinary talent.

The curtain rose on a riveting showcase of dramatic talent as fourteen dramatic productions took the stage at the Little Theatre in St.

 

Liberty Learning Centre from St. Mary was among the standout performers on Day 2 of the National Dance Finals at the Festival of the Performing Arts. The event, organized by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC), was held at the Little Theatre in St. Andrew.

It was riot of colour, talent and cultural expression as Day One of the National Finals in Dance at  Jamaica Festival of the Arts organised by the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission (JCDC).
